- Terengganu Silica will undertake direct business with end-user customers only. We do not undertake sales via representatives, traders, agents, and brokers.
- All our export will be done via our own dedicated private port known as Terengganu Silica Port, Setiu.
- All our export sales will be available in bulk delivery only.
