Terengganu Silica is the largest silica mining and beneficiation plant in Asia and Oceania. The state of art silica beneficiation plant is designed to produce high purity silica products. Terengganu Silica’s deposit, the largest silica resource in Asia, is in the state of Terengganu, Malaysia, covering 1,600 hectares of lease land with proven reserve exceeding 400 million tons of high purity grade silica. Both Setiu and Marang plants are strategically positioned in the center of Asia, ensuring proximity to customers and optimizing logistics for the supply of premium silica products.
Beneficiation Plant
Terengganu Silica’s beneficiation plants, located in Setiu and Marang, are equipped with state-of-the-art technologies and innovations tailored for a wide range of industrial applications. Our products, including high-purity silica sand, cristobalite, and silica flour, boast purity levels up to 99.99% SiO2, with low iron oxide content and no colour interference. Both plants are automated to ensure consistent grades of ultra-pure silica products, minimizing contamination and maximizing efficiency.
